Adaptive Leadership

This week I attended the UTS BUILD/franked.io Adaptive Leadership workshop run by Silvia de Ridder.
I really enjoyed learning how to approach any situation with curiosity and not fear, as well as learning about my peer’s stories of resilience and perseverance.
With the ever changing world we live in, being dynamic and ready to tackle challanges head on is the path forward.
